What we are not

We do not perform plumbing work. No one on our team clears a drain, replaces a water heater, or repairs a slab leak, and nothing on this site should read as if we do. We do not build, remodel, or re-pipe homes and do not match requests for that kind of work. We are not a review site: we don't publish star ratings, review counts, or "licensed and insured" claims we haven't verified for a specific company. And we are not affiliated with the Utah Division of Professional Licensing, the City of St. George, Washington County, or either local sewer entity — we cite their public pages, but we are an independent publisher, not a government source.

Who researches and maintains this site

St. George Plumber Pro is maintained by a small research and editorial team focused on Southern Utah home-services information. We read the source ourselves — a DOPL license-lookup result, a national cost aggregator's dated guide, a St. George company's own published service page — before publishing a number or a rule, and we log where every claim came from and when we last checked it. Our research methodology

• Local first, then regional, then national — and labeled. Where a St. George-area plumbing company doesn't publish its own pricing for a given job, our ranges are built from current national cost-guide data plus the nearest real regional data point we can find, and every cost table shows which source backs which number. We never present a national figure as a St. George figure without saying so.
• One number, everywhere. Every dollar figure on this site renders from a single internal price sheet, so the water-heater range on the water-heater page cannot quietly disagree with the one on the cost guide.
• Dated and rechecked. Every guide shows when it was last reviewed. Prices and licensing rules get rechecked before each republish.
